Phantom Mansion I: Spectrum of Souls - Chapter 1: The Red Chamber

"And now was acknowledged the presence of the Red Death. He had come like a thief in the night. And one by one dropped the revelers in the blood-bedewelled halls of their revel, and died each in the despairing posture of his fall. Darkness and Decay and the Red Death held illimitable dominion over all."

It all became clearer - this place is under a curse. Each of the different coloured chambers is full of trapped souls. Trapped by the presence of the Red Death. Only by collecting the souls and lifting the curse can this place be given life again.

Instructions:
Use the arrow keys to guide Hector around each puzzle room in the maze-like mansion and avoid the skeletons, zombies and traps. Collect all the souls (skulls) to open the exit. Use keys to open locked doors. Push boxes into the void to bridge gaps. Stand on switches to make things happen. Walk up to scrolls to get help.

There are a lot of levels, but your progress is saved automatically on this site, so bookmark us and come back later to finish up. You can skip the intro scene by clicking anywhere on the screen.
